Started off with contact from the talent manager and that resulted in a great conversation. Talent manager set up interview with CEO and set the expectation of a 1-2hr interview process, including a panel interview if time permitted. When I got there, the CEO was completely uninterested in me and told me that he hadn't looked at my resume or portfolio because he had just gotten back from a 10day trip. Was told the interview was actually a "prescreening" and it was over in 10 minutes. I sent a thank you follow up for courtesy's sake, no response. Classy.
