Iris Software Automation Tester interview questions

The overall interview experience was not very satisfactory. The interviewer seemed to be in a hurry, giving very little time to explain answers or logic. Although the role was for an Automation Tester, most of the questions were more relevant to a Java Developer role. There were no questions about Selenium frameworks or automation-related topics. The interviewer also appeared a bit impatient, frequently asking to move on to the next question. On the HR side, the process was also disappointing. The HR representative appeared impatient during calls and was not responsive after the interview when I tried to follow up. Additionally, the recruitment process involved 4–5 rounds of interviews, but the final offer considered was only around a 10% hike, which feels like taking advantage of candidates’ situations.
