Worst Interview experience I ever had in my life. A sincere request to the organization to pick right interviwer with decent etiquettes, professional behavior and empathy for interviewing people. I appeared for the interview and the interviewer was yawning, moving from one place to other, not patient to listen to my answers, making annoying faces throughout the interview and pointing things which are obvious and self understood for example he asked me to tell the vlookup input format, I started telling the format and started making faces and telling me that its wrong and I should also mention = at the begining which is self understood. Looking at his skill of making faces, I feel is from theater industry and not from IT. A interviewer also does the representation of an organization and if this is the attitude of the interviewer, i think someone should think twice before joining such organization

They took 4 rounds of interview with minimum 1 hour of time. After passing all of the rounds I come to know, my profile is neither shortlisted nor rejected. If you are not sure about the position need then why do you bother a candidate who is serving notice period and provides you availability in that tenure where candidate has to work for current company as well manage time for interviews. Anyway it was really bad experience for me.
