Smooth and easy. Not complicated. Good questions. Competency based. Interviewer was welcoming and friendly. I was interviewed by a panel and a presentation was presented. I had a telephone interview initially with a rep from IRIS and then after that I was then asked for a video interview as the role is remote.

The interviewer didn't switch on his video camera but expected me to keep my camera on. He seemed to have some kind of bias and the interview was extremely uncomfortable process. The HR sent multiple interview links and causes confusion.

The interview was superb and the interviewer said to expect call from HR. But they did not update even after follow up. I think they put advertisement for openings just to be in limelight.
