I cleared 2 rounds of interview for the position and in every interview the feedback is so positive, but later on they are not ready to schedule my 3rd round of interview and gave lame excuses, at one point of time HR stops taking call and giving reply, ideally he blocks my number! I didn't get why HR do this kind of thing if they doesn't have any answer to candidate then why they couldn't say No or give proper explanation to candidate! Was waiting eagerly for the next round to happen but now doesn't need this job as don't want to work with such an organisation where HR policy are at this level! Disappointed!
