They had 2 round of technical interview, I have completed both the rounds. 1st round was mid complexity on questions mainly they focus on spark and sql and 2nd round there are deep inside the coding. after completing they asked me to wait on the panel for HR connect, I waited for 30 mins and said to drop off as HR is busy with task. I didn't get any update later 5 days when I checked on workday my application is rejected

I interviewed at EXL recently and gave two round of interviews. After giving the second round(which according to me went very good), the hr did not pick up my call regarding the interview update. Then after few weeks they just say that you are not selected and refused to give any feedbacks to me as of why was i rejected. Patethic interview process so far!
