Iris Software Performance Test Engineer interview questions

Pathetic There were 4 rounds : 2 technical >1 Tech-Managerial > 1 HR Then Client Round >For which they made me to create resume as per there company format ..>But then client round doesn't happen ..they first told me that because of long weekend in US they are taking time ..like this i waited for interview to happen for about 15 days ..follow-up with HR .but ultimately got to know from internal source they do like this ...they hire people and if the project for which they hired people doesn't come they fire them and same way till the client approval they kept people on hold . so my suggestion id don't waste your time here .
