There will be a total of three rounds of interview for frontend developer while the first wil contain coding round, then the secind will contain technical questions and then the managerial

Had 3 rounds - 2 technical and 1 HM round. Interview panel and questions were good. HR informed that all rounds are cleared and you are selected, but offer was not released. There was no update and HR stopped responding to calls and email. It would be better if HR says the actual reason so that candidates will not have to follow up and wait for them to release the offer without any hope.
