Irish Distillers Graduate Trainee interview questions

Three stages: Screening, Online and On-site Interviews. A very pleasant experience with fast responses and progression through the stages. Really helpful feedback given after each interview. An extremely high level of communication between the candidate and talent acquisiton team during the entire process which was, in my experience, incomparable to any other employer. A large emphasis on human interaction throughout was very refreshing and the resulting open lines of communication were of great benefit and much appreciated. Interview questions were always of an average level of difficulty. Interviewers were always down-to-earth and non-intimidating. A clear effort was made to understand the candidate's personal experiences and views. Overall, a very positive experience, in which the candidate's time and effort were always treated with the utmost respect.
