Absolutely fantastic recruitment process from start to finish. On the introductory call Mairead was super informative, down to earth, very warm and friendly. After this call I knew Irish Distillers had to be my next work home. Very soon after I was given the opportunity to have an informal chat with the hiring team Greg and Laura. Again very relaxed approach which was so welcome as we got to know whether the fit was right, me for them and IDL for me. Instantly we arranged to go to the next stage which was a competency based interview. Thankfully, I passed and am super proud to be part of the Irish Distillers family.
