I was approached by Mairead through LinkedIn and she could not have been nicer. We arranged a phone call and there was complete transparency with her with every aspect of the role in question. She guided me through the application process and within a 7 days I had spoken to Ana the head of talent acquisition regarding an interview and a more in depth description of the role. Not 7 days after I had spoken to Ana I had received a confirmation for an interview. The interview process was very smooth Ana met me at the door and there was no atmosphere or intimidating feeling that might come with other interviews. I interviewed with herself and the manager of the team and I could not fault it. Ana was super friendly and really a great fit in her role she made the process seamless an ensured I was happy with everything as we proceeded.
