This was my second time interviewing with Irish Distillers. I applied to this job after seeing it posted on LinkedIn. Ana from the talent acquisition team then got in touch for a brief screening - we were already in contact during my previous interview process so she already had a good idea of my background and she gave me a really good overview of the role to make sure I was happy to proceed. She then set up the initial interview which was with herself and the Senior Finance Analyst. The interview took a very friendly and open approach with discussion revolving around my CV and relative experience. Just a couple days later Ana got back to me with feedback and set up the second interview with the Senior Finance Analyst and Head of the Department which once again was very friendly with open conversation. I then received an offer for the position a week later and accepted. Having Ana as a point of contact throughout the process was extremely helpful for when I had any queries and for setting up the interviews. The process ran very smoothly with the help of the talent acquisition team and Ana.
