We started the day off meeting outside a coffee shop to then be taken to the very impressive assessment centre. An initial meet and greet when we walked in was lovely and so nice to be informally introduced to everyone. We had a short run through of the day then started off learning about the job. We went down to do our individual assessment followed by our case study assignment in groups and then finished off with out 1 on 1 interview. The set up of scullys was so welcoming and a very cool place to see. All people involved including interviewers and interviewees were so kind.
