Very unstressful . Bad cop/ good cop combo but it is a very comfortable atmosphere . You get to meet Ray who's the manager of the call center . Ray may appear unapproachable and he may seem like he'll be mean but, that is a very humble and nice man & im glad I've had the pleasure of meeting him
