I got a phone interview. The lady read questions for an hour and you can tell I was on speaker phone. It was not a comfortable feeling. Didn't make it to the next round. So, I decided to try again at a later time at an open in-person interview day. The first person who interviewed me was really great and the second person to interview had an I'm above you personality. I wish I had an opportunity to talk more about my experience(10 years in sales) and what I have to offer than being rushed away. They should spend more time with each candidate so they wouldn't have to have to be constantly interviewing. BUMMER.

Question 1
How good are you at sales? Where do you stand compared to your coworkers?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Irvine Company (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Terrible! It was a group interview and I was twice as old as the oldest person in the room. I knew from the minute I walked in I didn't have a chance! They are looking for 25/30 year olds.
