Interview went very well. It was a very in-depth conversation where you were learning in the interview. the job was a little different as i expected but was very excited to start
The recruiter reached out to conduct the usual phone screen before forwarding my resume through to the managers at the office location I was applying at. Both rounds of interviews were about an hour long and mostly conversational and geared towards getting to know how your experience aligns with the associate position. Personality and appearance seems to play a role in the application process.

The interview was fairly straightforward and focused primarily on basic questions regarding my skills and experiences. The interviewer prioritized understanding my past experiences in customer service and how I handled various work situations.
