Really good interview process. The company provides training for interviewers and the individual reviewers are keenly interested in finding the best candidates. They are very well-prepared. The interview process was actually enjoyable for once and the people participating made it even more so.
The company does a good job of keeping candidates informed.

Question 1
Nothing was unexpected. I was as well-prepared as they were.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Isilon, A Division of EMC (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2013
Interview
What a waste of my time! After five months and eight interviews, they finally told me that no offer would be coming. The recruiters have absolutely no respect for your time- they will promise to call at a specific time, then call a day or 2 later. Cool people in the engineering teams, but the weakest part of the company is their recruiting process and staff. It has been a long time since I felt so violated by an interview process.
