The overall interviewing procedure was organized and well-structured. The recruiter supplied sufficient information on the purpose of each interview, and the interviews were planned in accordance with that information. Very good experience.

There was initial telephonic interview with HR then call with manager and then on site interview with all team members and manager. Initial interviews are vary basic and entry level questions. On site interview is very long and lengthy as there was 1 to 1 interview with all team members, manager and HR.
