I was ghosted after two rounds of interviews- first a phone interview with the internal recruiter followed by a face-to-face interview with the director of recruiting. Neither the hiring manager or recruiter had the common courtesy to follow-up, and my follow-up email has been ignored. Extremely unprofessional and surprising given the role.
