I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Itron (Walhalla, SC) in Jun 2018
Interview
3 step process: behavior, technical, final interview. They mainly asked about things on my resume and my past experience at internship. It was a pretty laid back process.
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Itron (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had 9 total interactions/ interviews with Itron. Two were on the phone with HR. Then a phone screen with the hiring manager. This was followed by an onsite interview with the team, which consisted of a total of 4 face to face interviews. I thought I was good, but then I had to speak with two more people on the phone- one of which didn't know which particular job I was applying for. I had to explain that his questions were not really applicable to the position I was interested in. After this, I received zero notice and was ghosted. I eventually found someone who told me that the hiring manager hired someone he used to work with at a previous company.
