Interview
Preliminary HR round followed by the telephonic interview by hiring team member.
The recruitment practices were found out of place as
1. the interview was not structured or systematic with the interviewer had no clue of how and where to start and it did not follow and logical flow.
2. the interviewer had a total experience of hardly 3 years and joined the company 6 months ago and interviewing a candidate of 10+ years work experience.
3. interviewer had not studied the candidate profile and hence had no idea about the candidates previous employment types.
4. interviewer was not aware of the job description supplied to candidate and reflected in the questions irrelevant to job role.
4. interviewer had no etiquettes and experience of conducting the telephonic interviews specially on the web calls and how to deal with the voice traffic delays occasionally occurred which frequently resulted in cutting each other's conversations.
5. During the question the long sighs or yawn could be heard, which was again not very helpful.
On top it the interview feedback was not at all professional and seems like written by a graduate in very casual manner.
