Initial phone interview with HR department, he then facilitated two interviews a week later on the same day. They were both with sales leaders running different departments. One sales leader seemed to discount my experience and clearly did not have me as his top candidate. The second sales leader was different. He and I seemed to click and we had great dialogue and talked beyond our scheduled time until we were interrupted for his next meeting. Two weeks later I was called back for another interview with the Sales director. He was cordial, and somewhat cold. It was hard to get a read on his view of me as a candidate. I have not received any response since.
