I applied online. I interviewed at Ivy Rehab Network
Interview
Conversational, and the interviewer was kind. Made me feel at ease. A zoom call has its own limitations but we made the best of the situation. I did not interview directly with the person who oversees the location I was interested in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why I'm switching jobs/interested in Ivy over my current employer.
They typically hire from within so not many interview processes. I was offered a job, then they talked about an interview, decided they didn’t need one because they “felt comfortable with me as a candidate”. Then they offered that job to a full time employee with the company and acted like I wasn’t offered the role.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ivy Rehab Network (Newark, NJ)
Interview
More informal interview process, with multiple people (regional director, clinic director, ect). Everybody was very kind and respectful. Quick to respond and respectful of my time, even as a new grad.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your clinical interests? What documentation systems are you familiar with? How do you do with communicating with orthopedists/ PCPs?
The first step was a phone interview with HR, offer for in person interview extended during phone call. Followed by in person interview with hiring manager and clinic tour, very straightforward interview questions.
