I agreed to an interview, prepped, and logged in a few minutes early. After ten minutes, I messaged my contact to see if someone would be joining me. After twenty minutes, I logged out. Didn't receive an email or call about their no call/no show to an interview they scheduled with me. Three weeks later, the same person reached out and told me there had been computer issues, but they wanted to reset the interview. I thought three weeks was weird to wait, but it was around the holidays. I agreed to another interview. A second no call/no show from their side. Very unprofessional. If I can't trust a company to meet with me at an agreed upon time, and then not even bother to follow up, I can't trust the company as a potential employer.
