I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at J-Curve Technologies (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2014
Interview
It was very straightforward and almost generic sort of interview. Things asked:
-what are your strengths/weaknesses?
-where do you see yourself in 5/10 years?
-tell us about previous accomplishment.
-tell us about previous failure.
-tell us what you would do if you and a co-worker were incapable of getting along.
Then some technical questions followed to get an understanding of my present ability spectrum. They made an offer later that day.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J-Curve Technologies (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2011
Interview
I had a few questions over the phone and I was asked to come into the office for a face to face interview. The interview was a pretty quick one for me which was mainly a review of my education since it was really my first call-center/partial admin job. I also had to take a quick Personality test for them to see how my mind worked etc. etc.
