First there were a series of online personality and suitability tests, the first interview was with the department, and the second and final interview was with the directors. Up until the final question of the final interview it was a very positive process. The mood changed when I was asked, what I believe, was an illegal question. After this question I was called within an hour and told I was not the selected candidate with reasons being items that were not discussed in any interview questions or the job advertisement.
