I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.D. Irving (Dartmouth, NS) in Mar 2022
Interview
Great interview process, professional and hiring team seemed like good people. Good questions to indicate fit for the role and seemed to have a good office culture and environment. Salary expectations were asked, I declined to answer. Their tactic to encourage sharing of salary expectations was to say we wouldn't want to offend you by offering lower than your currently making, which leaves a bit of a bad taste in your mouth. However my salary expectations were not inline with the low, entry level salary designated for this role. PM market is HOT. Need to see value in people beyond their "years of experience" if you're going to get high performing young people.

Question 1
Describe a time you made a difficult decision at work?
Had applied 2 times and interviewed twice one in person and once online, never received feedback from them. I felt I did well on my second attempt but unfortunately no response.
