Applied in Mid November 2023 for the role through their job portal. Timeline from initial application to offer was roughly 15 weeks. Sequence of interviews / assessments: - Video questionnaire submission - Cognitive Assessment - Behavioural Assessment - Onsite interview - interview panel of Sr Process Engineer, Asset Manager, Process Tech - Virtual interview - interview panel of Plant Manager, HR Manager - Mechanical Aptitude Assessment - Virtual interview - interview panel of VP HR, VP Manufacturing and Director Operations I had one further assessment, background check and reference submission pending when I received an offer for another role (different industry) and withdrew the application. Irving team were technically pretty sound and engaged and enthusiastic about the work. Lot of institutional knowledge.
