They ask random questions that have nothing to do with driving. The guy tells a story about how he was once a driver and now he's not. He was a real jerk. I didn't want to work for him so I turned down the offer. Both of the people seemed really bored. They bring like 10 guys in at a time and we all just sat out there in the waiting room. The whole interview takes like 10 minutes.
