First Round interview on campus. This was after I applied on line and went to an information session. Interview was in a room while three other 1 on 1 interviews were happening simultaneously. All behavioral, pretty much just went through my resume.

Phone Interview, few questions to make sure you were competent - simple overall. Had two rounds of phone interviews each lasting about 30 minutes, both seemed fairly straightforward. Got an offer around two weeks later

Interview
Accepted after screened resume for interview. Back to back 30 minute behavioral interviews. All behavioral questions. Very calm and nice guys. Assured us that we were smart so would avoid technical questions and just focus on how our personality could benefit JP Morgan. 2 weeks to the day after my interview, I was called with an offer. One month to accept. Very simply and rewarding process.
