I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
I was interviewed by 3 traders on the same day, to see what I knew about the role and about the markets (no details required, just a general test of knowledge). They put a little pressure on the interview (super serious and quick questions, one after the other). After 1 week, I was interviewed by the head trader and there were no tricky questions but it was more about trying to get to know me.
The interview process started off with a hirevue and then went into an invitation to a superday. After which they conduct the full day of interviews in person where they then make their decisions.
Three round interview with VPs and MD. Mostly behavioral questions, few technical questions. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. Overall it wasn't that difficult. but make sure you know your technicals.
It was ok, responses weren't long. I got an assessment test after applying followed by a HireVue video interview. Since the HireVue did not hear back although the application is still "under review".
