Submitted a resume and cover letter to the firm through on-campus process. Was contacted for an interview and did it on grounds. It was about 30 minutes, and it was a lot of technical questions and even a case question. Only a couple of behavioral questions, and didn't seem to care that much about those. Important part was definitely technical.
