I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Nov 2011
Interview
Hiring process was simple and easy. Received a call from the recruiter who asked me a few questions and then he proceeded to schedule me to interview with the hiring supervisor. Flew me out to Ohio where I was picked up from the airport and lodged in a beautiful hotel. Conducted my interview the next day with the hiring manager and it went very well. Informed the next week that I was hired
Fairly smooth, few standard questions and finished in 50 mins. Manager was nice but the office in Sha Tin which hesitates a lot, so I turned down the offer. And they are always short of staff, even willing to interview at 7pm

Question 1
Behaviour: Given me an example how you handle people conflict
Straight forward, standard questions, several rounds with different managers. HR screening was a bit of a hassle but not a big problem after a couple of phone calls. There was some delay between interviews which could cause concern for candidates wondering if they were dropped from consideration or not. Overall, pretty good process.

Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer, how did you do it?
Underwent 4 interviews. First one is an HR interview to test your English proficiency. It was followed by interviews with senior managers in BLR and MNL done separately. The last one was with the process owner.
