Applied at a career fair that was part of a business conference for undergrads looking to work in finance and consulting. Had three behavioral phone interviews with and analyst, VP, and the lead of the program. Was then invited to a superday at JPM.
The day began with breakfast where all the candidates, as well as the current analysts mingled. We were then paired with an analyst that brought us to each of our interviews; a case interview, a personality and resume review, and a shorter behavioral interview with the program coordinator. The case was a project management case, it was not quantitative; you need to bring this product to market in 7 months, show us your plan. The personality/resume review was thorough and they wanted a narrative that put all bullet points into a single context that explained what you will offer JPM. The behavioral interview was rapid fire. I think this was actually a test to see how you do under pressure. The interviewers pressed for answers and were short on their end, but I think it was for effect.
Finally, the day ended with a group interview. There were about 12 of us, we each got a couple sheets of paper with a sentence or two. None of the sentences made sense on their own, but together they included instructions and clues to solve a thought puzzle. We had to come to a conclusion without sharing actual papers, but we could of course share the info on the papers. We had 10 mins to come to the correct conclusion.
