there are three stage interviews: resume screening and two interviews.
Resume screening includes 500 word motivation writing and resume.
I did a team play with three candidates in the first interview.It was a puzzle game which estimated team skills. It was not that difficult.
After the game thing, I had a personal interview. The questions were about my experiences on resume.

It was a great experience overall I'd say. The interviewers were high ranking employees but were very friendly and down to earth. They spoke highly of their company and seemed very interested in making the interview process as comprehensive as possible.
