Interview
The whole process took about three weeks after you passed pymetrics and Hirevue, and you will need to go through three rounds of interviews.
They will ask you about some basic behavioural questions plus two to three market-related questions.
You will have more advantage if you are proficient in a programming language.

1. How does inflation affect Equities, Fixed Income, and FX markets?
2. Any market news you are closely following recently about the financial markets?
Online Application forms followed by first round 2 face to face interviews. General Competency based questions. 30 minutes each. Questions included why JP Morgan, why Risk, why Market Risk specifically, recent market news you found interesting, industries you are following, strength and weakness, teamwork experiences, leadership examples, career plans, example of conveying a difficult message.
