The interview is straight forward. I was asked about my previous working experience at a very detailed level. They ask specifically what client i have worked with, what was the deal that I have worked on and what I did during the deal. They also try to test if candidates did research about their firm, especially their department and if they are truly passionate about their job.

I got the interview for the E-trading Analyst Summer Program. First I submit my resume and then i got a phone interview. They ask some basic behavior questions, brain teaser about how to get the height of a building using a coin, economy questions and went through my resume.
