I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
No tests, straight to phone interview. 2 interviews, each about 30 minutes, both competency based. Interviewers were extremely nice and conversational. Both had experience in the division that I wanted to enter into. Clicked 'no' to getting an offer as I have not yet heard back, but felt that I should post immediately.

The interview process started off with a hirevue and then went into an invitation to a superday. After which they conduct the full day of interviews in person where they then make their decisions.
Three round interview with VPs and MD. Mostly behavioral questions, few technical questions. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. Overall it wasn't that difficult. but make sure you know your technicals.
It was ok, responses weren't long. I got an assessment test after applying followed by a HireVue video interview. Since the HireVue did not hear back although the application is still "under review".
