Unexpected. it was only first round but the guy (really old) completely ignored my resume and asked random questions (see below). Maybe because it's S&T they want you to be quick on your feet, but this was more debate-style thinking rather than any quantitative brainteasers.

What are you most proud of about your generation? What are you least proud of?
Accelerated process for minority. Great firm. Great people who are sincere and down to earth. Everyone is willing to help and very intelligent. Super day in early November. Interview questions mostly market-based, as I am interviewing for Sales and Trading. there are a few brain teasers, but not that hard.
