Jaime Valenciano is a great person and great leader, and he managed incredibly the in-person interview in Bogotá, Colombia. However, I can't say the same about the then-associate director in Chile, a Spanish man whose name I won't mention. He didn't give the interview the importance it deserved, and besides, he joined the meeting late. I was quite qualified, and the whole process, although slow, was fine until the interview with the Spaniard. He didn't ask me many questions and rushed through the process, only to ultimately reject me.
