I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.T. Vaughn Construction (Houston, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
I interviewed first at Construction Interview Day at LSU and was contacted less than a week after in regards to a second interview at their headquarters in Houston. I really enjoyed their interview process. They put me in a rather nice hotel for the night (I arrived too late for a dinner with the host the night prior to the interview). The morning started with 2 interviews at their HQ then we hit the road for a tour of 2 current projects. My host and some other Vaughn employees treated me to lunch after which we toured one more job before dropping me back at the office.
