I applied online. I interviewed at JANSON Communications (Manassas, VA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Awful. Took a lot of time out of my day to fill out the ridiculous amount of paperwork (which was all on my resume) only to find out that over two weeks into the process, my salary requirements were too high! Think a more professional HR/recruiter would have asked those questions at the beginning of the process. I found the HR person I worked with very abrupt and no friendly at all. Think more folks need to realize that we interview companies as much as they interview us.
