I interviewed with two wonderful guys that made me feel like I belonged there. They ask the average questions like "What about logistics makes you tick"? and "Tell me about a time that you had a difficult problem and you solved it" Nothing too difficult.

A pretty basic interview process in which i was asked what were my future goals in the company, what type of aptitudes do i posess, recent achievements and defeats, etc.
