I applied through recruitment. The process was simple, I had interview with their Financial Controller, manager who I supposed to direct report, and Managing Directoe. Everything went well and they're nice and friendly.

Interview
Two face to face interviews to understand my background and main career targets. The interviews happened with about 6 months of gap. Very annoying.
There was not big consistency during the interview as the management didn't have particular way to measure my skills and expertise...looked to me more as a bet from their side, just basing their consideration on the first impression.
