The interviews itself were straight forward. Yet the interview process was very lengthy and seemed dragged out. The recruiter was un-responsive most of the time with phone and in-person interview scheduling. There was a lot of back and forth, and didn't seen like they respected the candidates time. I went into the office and had 2 rounds with hiring manager and team over 1 months time span. No offer yet no rejection letter either. After giving so much of my time, I would think an email of some kind if the right thing to do. Overall, I'm sure its a great company if you can get past the rocky first impression. A candidate is interviewing the company just like they are the candidate.
