The interview process was all over the place. I would have liked some sort of structure. I had SEVERAL interviews, phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manger, phone interview with hiring managers boss, another call with the hiring manager, in person interview with several team members. I felt like the interviews were going well, hence them continuing to call me back for interviews. In the end I never received any type of feedback on whether or not they would be moving forward with my application. They just "ghosted" me. That bothered me given the large amount of time I had committed to interview at their company. A simple "thanks for your time but we will not be moving forward with your application at this time" would have been nice.

Question 1
There weren't any questions out of the ordinary. Many of the interviews were conversational, going over my experience.
I met my direct boss, my department boss, and the VP I'd be working intimately with. My interview felt like really enjoyable conversations and they were all warm and insightful.
