I participated in a scheduled panel interview with four senior researchers, but unfortunately, one interviewer couldn't make it due to changes in their schedule. The interview, which lasted an hour, primarily focused on behavioral questions and getting to know my background. Each interviewer was attentive, asking insightful follow-up questions, and overall, I felt the interview went well. However, despite following up the next day with the researcher who initially reached out to me, I never received a response. Given that this interview took place back in October and it's now December, the lack of communication is concerning and feels unprofessional. I believe at the very least, I deserve to know if I am moving forward or not. I would have appreciated any feedback or clarification regarding the status of my application

Initial call with HR recruiter then interview with Project Lead and other Research Associates. Process took nearly 2-3 months to hear back. I didn't know it at the time but they wanted to see if they were going to win a proposal first in order to have the money to bring me on.
