Short and simple, group interview. Very comfortable and easygoing. You're first pulled into a group and then interviewed alone. You find out right away. It seemed like they knew exactly who they were going to pick and paid more attention to those people applying. You knew before you left if you were hired and with who else. Probably the easiest job interview I had ever been on.

I was interviewed at the same time as another applicant. I think it was the perfect balance of the manager learning about me and me learning about the position. I was asked about my background and what I would do in certain situations.

The one I went to in Carolina Place Mall, the interviewer gave me a paper quiz to test whether or not I was able to follow instructions (it's a trick test. You weren't supposed to write anything as mentioned on the test). They then asked questions about availability and the job requirements. When I told them that I had no specialty in cashier, the interviewer said that the job is not for me and to have a good day.
