I filled out the Application at one store, around the beginning of October and got called in for a group interview 3 at a time with 3 different store managers.

What would you do if we were swamped and there was a child crying while his/her mom was selecting merchandise?
My interview was a group interview with two other people. They asked about availability and gave scenarios for you to think about and answer. I got hired on the spot.

Interview was awkward. She asked basic questions but then she asked me to sell a stapler. It didn’t matter, seems like they hired everyone who interviews for that position because we’re only seasonal.

Took about a month to get me all fully trained and ready to work. But the interview was pretty fast and easy. They gave me an offer when I got home from the interview.
