I was interviewed at the same time as another applicant. I think it was the perfect balance of the manager learning about me and me learning about the position. I was asked about my background and what I would do in certain situations.

It was nice and cordial talking about photography business and requirements for many kind of costumers and the different products to offer in the place and by phone, emails etc

The one I went to in Carolina Place Mall, the interviewer gave me a paper quiz to test whether or not I was able to follow instructions (it's a trick test. You weren't supposed to write anything as mentioned on the test). They then asked questions about availability and the job requirements. When I told them that I had no specialty in cashier, the interviewer said that the job is not for me and to have a good day.
